Building Futures & Shaping Skills

Our Founder & Executive Director shares insights on global skill development at the Skill Kerala Summit in Kochi

The Skill Kerala Global Summit in Kochi, led by the Government of Kerala, set the stage for a vital conversation: how to prepare the state’s youth for a fast-changing global job market. Among the voices shaping this dialogue was Mr. Aby Abraham, Founder & Executive Director of PromptTech, who joined as a panelist in two thought-provoking sessions.

Drawing on his experience, Mr. Aby Abraham spoke about the evolving relationship between skills and opportunities. He emphasized that success for the next generation goes beyond technical proficiency — it requires adaptability, cultural intelligence, and the ability to navigate interconnected economies with confidence.

The summit became more than a forum; it was a convergence of perspectives from diverse sectors, all aligned toward a single goal — to transform Kerala’s skilled youth into global contributors and leaders. Mr. Aby Abraham’s participation reflected not only PromptTech’s commitment to supporting human potential but also a belief that meaningful collaborations between industry and government can unlock pathways for sustainable growth.

Sweet Notes of Freedom at PromptTech Global

When ladoos became more than sweets — they carried the spirit of Independence Day

Onam at PromptTech this year was more than a celebration — it was an experience that blended culture, creativity, and the unmistakable energy of our team. Set against the vibrant backdrop of the Kerala Art and Craft Village, teams pulled together for tug of war, cheering each other on, and tested their skills in uriyadi, with laughter echoing through every corner. The stage came alive with spontaneous cultural moments, dance, and music that captured the festive spirit in true PrompTech style.

What made the day special wasn’t just the activities, but the connections they created. Teams collaborated, cheered, and celebrated small victories together, turning every game into a shared memory. By the end of the day, it was clear that Onam at PromptTech is about more than tradition — it’s about people, teamwork, and experiences that bring the company closer as a family.

Celebrating Onam the PromptTech Way

A day of vibrant festivities & cultural flair brought the team together at the Kerala Art and Craft Village

At PromptTech Global, Independence Day unfolded in the most unexpected yet delightful way — through a box of ladoos passed from one desk to another. What began as a simple gesture quickly turned into a chain of cheerful exchanges, with every sweet bite carrying more than just flavour. The ladoos became a shared language of celebration, echoing through bursts of laughter, spontaneous conversations, and light-hearted teasing between colleagues.

The sound of sweet boxes opening and closing might not usually define freedom, but this year, it did. Each passing moment reminded us that freedom is also about connection — about pausing amidst busy schedules to share joy, and about finding unity in the simplest traditions. And in every candid smile, every crumb of sweetness, and every shared moment, there was a quiet reminder: freedom is sweetest when experienced together.
