PromptTech Global Signs MoU with CHRIST University, Bengaluru
Strengthening industry–academia collaboration to enable learning beyond job titles

Taking another step in that direction, PromptTech Global has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Christ University, Bengaluru, marking a meaningful collaboration between industry and academia.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Anil Joseph Pinto, Registrar of Christ University, and aims to create accessible, industry-relevant learning opportunities for our employees, their families, and our enterprise clients along with their teams. Through this partnership, participants will gain exposure to professional development programs designed to build practical skills, enhance knowledge, and align learning with real-world industry needs.
This initiative reflects our belief that education should not pause once a career begins. By enabling continuous learning and skill enhancement, we are investing in people, nurturing talent, and contributing positively to the wider community.

Bridging Talent and Opportunity Through the Commune Initiative
Enabling global work opportunities without geographical limitations
India is home to one of the world’s youngest and most dynamic talent pools, with nearly half its population under the age of 25. Yet, access remains a challenge. While skilled talent is spread across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities and even villages, global opportunities continue to be concentrated in major metros—often making it difficult and costly for growing enterprises to tap into this potential.

The Government of Kerala’s Commune initiative addresses this gap through its Work Near Home model, enabling professionals from Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions to participate in global work environments without relocating. PromptTech Global is proud to support this vision and has signed an MoU with K-DISC to actively utilise the Commune ecosystem. Inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, this collaboration marks a key step in expanding local employment while connecting skilled professionals—including homemakers and ex-NRIs—to global opportunities
